- • Instruct patients to try not to swallow, lick their lips, or move their chin
• If using H >> F phase direction for Sagittal sequences, anterior Sat band is not needed
• Sagittal DWI: Monopolar, Diff weight 2 b Value 0 & 400 (1 & 2 avg)
• Typically done without contrast - Common Indications
- Tumor, multiple sclerosis, infection
- Position
- Supine, head first
- Coil
- 20 Channel Head/Neck coil or better
- Landmark
- Chin
